About
For many of us, our identities and experiences are connected to differences in the way we think, feel, and process the world. These differences may relate to our environment, cultural identity, or experiences of trauma. Together, we can explore how our patterns in relationships and self-esteem have been shaped, developing a clearer understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface. In doing so, we can create space for greater insight and self-acceptance, without judgment or expectation.
Therapy can involve both deeper exploration and practical support. Through a psychodynamic lens, we will also explore why we react in certain ways, get stuck in patterns, or struggle to respond differently. When overwhelm, distress, or difficult circumstances make life harder to manage, we may incorporate CBT skills and other strategies to offer relief.
I am a post-graduate, pre-licensed therapist, working under the supervision of Dr. Bryan Plucar, LP. I am located at Tangletown Psychotherapy and Assessment Center in Minneapolis.
