Services
Initial Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation for prospective patients. During this we may briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any initial questions, and determine whether we may be a good fit to work together.
We can also discuss billing and insurance, availability, and scheduling. If it feels like a good fit, we can coordinate a time for your first appointment.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual sessions are 60-minutes, and we will meet at least once per week. The frequency of our sessions will depend on your needs. More frequent weekly sessions allow us to explore your experiences with greater depth and specificity, so many patients opt for two to three sessions per week.
Our work is not focused on quick fixes, but rather working toward a deeper understanding of the experiences and patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. When life feels difficult to manage, we may incorporate practical skills from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help provide relief and support you through immediate challenges.

Insurance and Billing
My rate is $250 per 60 minute session. For those paying out of pocket, I offer a sliding fee scale, which is based on income level and frequency of sessions. For those paying with insurance, I am in-network with the following insurance providers:
Aetna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Health EZ
Health Partners
Hennepin Health
Medicaid
Medical Assistance (MA)
Medicare
MHCP
UCare
Couples Psychotherapy
In weekly or biweekly 60-minute sessions, you and your partner will work collaboratively with me to navigate your concerns, which might include life transitions, parenting and family dynamics, conflict, infidelity, or a general feeling that your relationship “just isn’t working.” Our work will create space for you and your partner to better understand each other, build mutual respect, address challenges, and explore patterns in your relationship.
I can also provide a Superbill, which can be submitted to insurance by you for reimbursement. Please note I can neither bill to or provide a Superbill for those with UnitedHealth or Medica plans. Insurance can be confusing, but I am happy to answer questions.
